Terms and Conditions

Cancellation initiated by Contact Your Coach

Courses require a minimum of 4 participants. If that number is not reached the course will be cancelled.

Decision is taken 2 weeks prior the start of the course.

Participants will be contacted personally and proposed 2 options: a full refund or an enrolment to the next available session. 

Cancellation policies

If you are enrolled but find that you are unable to attend the following rules apply: 

Cancellation notice of 12 working days is required to cancel a course without penalty. You will receive the full refund of the fee or you may transfer to the next available session.

Cancellation of less than 12 working days prior to the start of the course will result in a charge of 75% of the course cost.  

Cancellation as of course start or non-attendance will result in a charge of 100% of the course cost.

Coaching sessions

Coaching sessions part of the Leadership courses are 1-hour long.

Coaching sessions take place at Square de Meeus training location, or at Contact your Coach office.

Enrolment  

Your application will be evaluated to ensure that the course corresponds to your objectives and profile. 

If you are accepted you will receive a confirmation by e-mail and by mail *. We will issue the invoice, that will come along with a copy of the terms and conditions. Joining instructions will be sent 2 weeks prior the start of the course.   

Payment

The fee should be paid within 30 days of receiving our invoice in order to secure your participation.

If you enrol within 1 month of the start of the course you must settle the invoice immediately without exception.

Non-payment on due date may result in your enrolment cancellation. 

Substitution

A participant can be substituted on the same session without incurring any fees. Condition is to contact Contact Your Coach as soon as substitute is known.

Please note that the substitute will need to enrol, and that the same enrolment conditions apply. 

Tentative reservation

There is no tentative reservation. 

Enrolment is considered firm by both you and Contact Your Coach.  

Waiting list 

Courses require a maximum of 8 participants.

When that number is reached any new potential participant will be contacted personally and proposed to be included in a waiting list.
