Emmanuella started her career as a Consultant and joined PricewaterhouseCoopers.

She developed her business acumen helping Clients' Senior Leaders succeed in their transformation projects. 

She travelled extensively, working in cities such as Lisboa, Berlin and Los Angeles.  

 

When she joined IBM Europe Emmanuella was appointed Head of the Learning & Development department 'People and Professional Development'.

She led a team of 12 HR specialists. She designed and implemented Talent and Learning programmes throughout Europe. 

Among other projects she analysed Learning Return On Investment.

 

Emmanuella holds a Master Degree in Political Sciences and a Master Degree in Human Resources.

   

She is Italo-Belgian, lives in Brussels and speaks French, Italian, English and Dutch.
